I have been a patient at this practise for 52 years. I have always received excellent care from all staff in the practice.The care for my severely learning disabled son has been first class.
The patient understanding of his behaviours regarding examinations, blood tests and vaccinations means he is now confident to attend any appointment and not totally dependent on the senior nurse for treatment.
The liaison person prompts his appointments and every one is flexible and willing to cooperate to meet his needs in a very person centred way.
This makes a huge difference to me as stress is reduced and I am seen as a partner in his care which I value. I have nothing but praise for the service we have experienced and this I hope is a way of thanking all at Schopwick.
